Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI) declared a final dividend of AU$0.052 per share for the fiscal year ending June 30, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The dividend will be paid on Aug. 19 to shareholders on record as of June 30, the filing said.
The company also stated that its dividend reinvestment plan will be suspended for this final June distribution.
