China Power International Development (HKG:2380) said it has issued 2 billion yuan worth of unsecured medium-term notes in the Chinese interbank bond market, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The three-year notes were priced with a 1.70% annual coupon and represent the second tranche issued by the company this year.
Proceeds from the issuance will be used to repay maturing debt, according to the filing.
