IT之家 6 月 19 日消息，科技媒体 the5krunner 昨日（6 月 18 日）发布博文，报道称佳明（Garmin）发布 Index Sleep Monitor 可穿戴设备，有 S–M 和 L–XL 两种尺寸，售价 169.99 美元（IT之家注：现汇率约合 1222 元人民币），将于 7 月（未来 3~5 周）发货。

Index Sleep Monitor 主打“睡眠健康全景分析”，通过传感器追踪睡眠周期（REM、深度睡眠、浅睡眠）、呼吸频率及体动次数，并生成睡眠质量评分。

佳明表示 Index Sleep Monitor 目标用户为注重日常健康监测人群，兼容安卓和 iOS 系统，支持与 Garmin Connect 平台同步运动数据，形成健康数据闭环。

佳明 Index Sleep Monitor 佩戴于上臂，采用柔软的 Velcro 尼龙搭扣固定，无屏幕、无按键，内置佳明光学心率传感器，强调轻量化、透气性和机洗功能。

佳明在营销中反复突出“舒适性”，并配备振动唤醒功能，通过手臂震动替代手腕震动，减少对浅睡眠者的干扰。
