IT之家 6 月 19 日消息，韩媒 The Elec 昨日（6 月 18 日）发布博文，报道称苹果公司正评估新型低温多晶氧化物（LTPO） OLED 屏幕技术，通过增加驱动薄膜晶体管（TFT）的氧化物材料比例，进一步降低屏幕功耗，最快有望应用于 2027 年发布的 iPhone 19 系列中。

IT之家注：LTPO 技术基于低温多晶硅（LTPS）工艺，但通过叠加氧化物层改良部分 TFT 结构，驱动 TFT 直接控制像素发光电流，若其氧化物占比提升，可大幅降低屏幕功耗。

TFT 开关主要负责数据输入和电压调控，共计有 6~7 个，2025 年推出的四款 iPhone 17 系列中，所用 LTPO OLED 屏幕预估会有 2 个 TFT 开关采用氧化物层设计，而苹果正在评估的新型 LTPO OLED 屏幕，计划将所有 TFT 开关叠加氧化物层。

苹果自 2018 年 Apple Watch 4 首次采用 LTPO1 技术以来，逐步增加氧化物在 TFT 开关中的比例：2023 年 Apple Watch Ultra 2 升级至 LTPO2（2 个氧化物 TFT 开关），而 iPhone 16 Pro 系列沿用相同方案。
