Arena REIT Says Portfolio Valuation Program Expected to Result in Net AU$18 Million Revaluation Increase

Arena REIT (ASX:ARF) said its portfolio valuation program is expected to result in a net AU$18 million revaluation increase as of June 30, which represents an increase of roughly AU$0.04 in net asset value per security, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

A total of 55 early learning center assets and three healthcare assets were independently valued as of June 30, with the remaining early learning center and healthcare assets and early learning center development projects subject to directors' valuation.

The portfolio revaluation is subject to review by the real estate investment trust's external auditors.

The portfolio's weighted average passing yield increased by 5 basis points to 5.47% from Dec. 31, 2024.
