BlockBeats 消息，6 月 20 日，泰国 SEC 宣布就数字资产交易所的代币上币标准修订方案启动公众咨询，征求期至 2025 年 7 月 21 日。根据提案，数字资产交易所未来可上架由交易所自身或其关联方发行、用于区块链交易的“可直接使用的代币或加密货币”，以鼓励符合创新与应用发展的资产上市。
新规拟要求交易所公开代币发行方的关联方信息，并在系统中标注风险警示，以帮助监管机构防范内幕交易。同时，交易所仍需建立利益冲突防控、市场操纵和不公平交易行为的监管机制。已上市代币需在规则生效后 90 日内补充关联信息。
此举是泰国争取国际加密业务、打造区域金融中心战略的一部分。此前，泰国政府已决定自 2024 年起五年内免征加密交易资本利得税，预计可带来逾 30.7 百万美元的经济效益。政府还在推进普吉岛加密旅游支付试点，并考虑向散户开放比特币现货 ETF。（decrypt）
