Nanjing Sample Technology Company Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 20 June 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were presented and approved, including the re-election of Mr. Gao Lihui and Ms. Chung Yuet Mei as independent non-executive directors, as well as the re-election of Mr. Qiu Xiangyang as an independent supervisor. Additionally, Mr. Zou Tao was elected as an employee supervisor.
