Odaily星球日报讯 香港财经事务及库务局局长许正宇近日在陆家嘴论坛表示，稳定币应聚焦解决真实经济需求，而非仅追求技术创新或互联互通。他指出，稳定币发行应遵循与传统金融机构类似的监管原则，包括发行人需具备资本金、始终保持足额储备，以及确保稳定币在一个工作日内可被赎回。 针对稳定币是否可挂钩人民币以推动人民币国际化，许正宇回应称，从法律角度并不排除这一可能性，香港监管逻辑明确且具有法律依据，允许稳定币锚定多种法定货币。不过他也强调，若要实施此类安排，必须综合考量国家的汇率机制、货币政策及相关风险。
