富豪酒店(00078.HK) 及百利保(00617.HK) 旗下西营盘皇后大道西160号尚珑已届现楼,该盘于2021年3月公布首张价单,但近日更新,当中45伙劈价,减幅约16%至20%,同时增加付款折扣,由原先的16%,基本折扣扩大至29%,部分单位可获额外3%,总折扣共32%,令整批单位实际减幅约32%至36%。
当中减幅最高为10楼B室,实用面积265方呎,原先折实价约801.3万元,目前折实价降至561.4万元,折实呎价由30,240元,目前减至19,486元,减幅36%。至于入场单位为6楼D室,实用面积242方呎,折实价457万元,折实呎价18,875元。
同时亦加推2号价单,涉及35伙,实用面积由242至477平方呎,定价由687.3万至1,521万元,呎价由28,080至32,092元,扣除29%及32%折扣后,折实价由约467.3万至1,080万元,折实呎价由19,094至22,785元。该盘亦上载销售安排,于周日(22日)销售74伙,部分单位连租约一并发售。(ss/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
