富豪酒店(00078.HK) 及百利保(00617.HK) 旗下西营盘皇后大道西160号尚珑已届现楼，该盘于2021年3月公布首张价单，但近日更新，当中45伙劈价，减幅约16%至20%，同时增加付款折扣，由原先的16%，基本折扣扩大至29%，部分单位可获额外3%，总折扣共32%，令整批单位实际减幅约32%至36%。
当中减幅最高为10楼B室，实用面积265方呎，原先折实价约801.3万元，目前折实价降至561.4万元，折实呎价由30,240元，目前减至19,486元，减幅36%。至于入场单位为6楼D室，实用面积242方呎，折实价457万元，折实呎价18,875元。
同时亦加推2号价单，涉及35伙，实用面积由242至477平方呎，定价由687.3万至1,521万元，呎价由28,080至32,092元，扣除29%及32%折扣后，折实价由约467.3万至1,080万元，折实呎价由19,094至22,785元。该盘亦上载销售安排，于周日(22日)销售74伙，部分单位连租约一并发售。(ss/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
