The partnership, established on June 19, 2025, involves Shanghai Shimao Tianjing, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Shimao Services, acting as a limited partner, while Wuxi Xinghe takes on the role of general partner. The partnership aims to invest in and operate a cold chain logistics project, with Wuxi Xinghe providing equity investment and management services. The joint venture, named Jiangsu Tianhe Project Management Partnership, will be structured as a limited partnership under PRC law, and represents a significant step in Shimao Services' expansion into new service areas.
