智通财经APP讯，中国织材控股(03778)发布公告，预计集团截至2025年6月30日止六个月的综合净亏损可能较2024年同期约人民币300万元的净亏损出现大幅增加。集团于该期间综合净亏损预期增加主要归因于：(i)集团纱线产品收入下降导致毛利减少;(ii)集团其他收入减少;(iii)集团行政开支增加。
根据董事会目前可得资料，集团截至2025年5月31日止五个月的综合收入约为人民4.1亿元，而截至2024年6月30日止六个月的综合收入约为人民币5.78亿元。收入下降主要由于市场环境疲弱，导致集团纱线产品销量减少。
