麦格理发表研究报告指，近日报道提及，沙特阿美提前终止了中海油田服务两座钻井平台的合同，分别为COSLBoss和海洋石油936，目前该两座钻井平台均位于沙特阿拉伯的船厂，且无进一步的合同承诺，有关赔偿亦尚未确定。 该行认为，中海油田服务可能低估了中东市场的风险，且部署产能和资本支出过快、过广，将其2025年至2027年收入预测下调1.5%至2.4%；另分别下调其2025、2026及2027盈利预测至15%、9%、7%，以反映中东地区钻井平台暂停营运的影响，以及自升式钻井平台暂停和半潜式平台成本上升的影响。该行将中海油服的目标价下调29%至8.6港元，维持“跑赢大市”评级。
