智通财经APP获悉，小菜园(00999)今日放量走高，尾盘涨幅扩大逾9%，截至发稿，涨9.53%，报8.85港元，成交额1.29亿港元。
消息面上，瑞银此前研报指出，小菜园去年收入逊预期，部分被毛利率胜预期所抵销，公司将去年纯利65%用作派发股息，管理层表示之后会维持高派息比率。该行指，公司目标今年开设最少120家餐厅，并计划到2026年底达到1,000家门店的目标，当中包括在北京及天津开设30家至40家，并计划年内在中国香港及新加坡开店，在适当时候逐步进军东南亚市场。
值得注意的是，小菜园即将迎来解禁，据公司此前发布的公告显示，其1名股东发生解禁，累计解禁股数7533.8万股，禁售承诺最后日期为2025年6月20日。此外，公司近期发生存仓异动，5月27日，小菜园股东存入华泰香港7534.04万股，存仓市值6.48亿港元，占比6.40%。
