智通财经APP讯，福莱特玻璃(06865)发布公告，该公司于2025年4月29日召开第七届董事会第六次会议、第七届监事会第四次会议，于2025年6月16日召开了2024年年度股东大会，分别审议通过了《关于终止实施2021年A股股票期权激励计划暨注销股票期权的议案》，同意终止实施2021年A股股票期权激励计划并注销激励计划已授予但尚未行权的314.7284万份股票期权。前述股票期权注销后，公司2021年A股股票期权激励计划已授予但未行权的股票期权全部注销完成。
公司已向中国证券登记结算有限责任公司上海分公司提交了注销上述股票期权的申请，经其审核确认，上述314.7284万份股票期权注销事宜已于近日办理完毕。
