远洋集团在港交所公告，公司全资附属公司远洋控股于2025年4月至5月召开“H19远洋1”债券持有人会议和“H19远洋2”债券持有人会议，分别审议通过了《展期议案》。根据《展期议案》及其决议，远洋控股应于《展期议案》通过后30个交易日内分别兑付“H19远洋1”和“H19远洋2”债券剩余本金的0.3%。同时，“H19远洋1”和“H19远洋2”设有本息兑付日连续30个交易日的宽限期。如远洋控股在宽限期内完成足额兑付或得到债券持有人会议相关豁免，则不构成相关债券的违约。截至本公告出具日，远洋控股流动性紧张仍未缓解，远洋控股将在宽限期内积极筹措资金，争取妥善解决相关债务问题，切实保障投资者权益，具体情况将另行公告。
