智通财经APP讯，佳明集团控股(01271)发布公告，于2025年6月19日，公司全资附属公司Wellford Properties Holdings Limited(Wellford Properties)收到潜在买方签立日期为2025年6月16日的意向书，以就潜在买方可能收购悦基发展有限公司(悦基发展)及金达富有限公司(金达富，连同悦基发展，统称“目标公司”)(该两家公司均为Wellford Properties的直接全资附属公司，亦为公司的间接全资附属公司)各自全部已发行股本进行磋商(潜在交易)。
目标公司均为于中国香港注册成立的有限公司，主要从事物业发展。于本公布日期，彼等均为Wellford Properties的直接全资附属公司及公司的间接全资附属公司。
经考虑集团目前的财务状况及策略目标，董事会认为，倘潜在交易得以实现，所得款项净额将有助于集团减少其整体债务，进而改善集团的财务状况。
