Link Real Estate Investment Trust (HKG:0823) plans to buy a warehouse in Sydney from Dexus (ASX:DXS) for about $100 million, The Standard reported Thursday, citing a Bloomberg report.
Both Link and Dexus could reach a deal as early as June, the report said.
