智通财经APP讯，荣丰亿控股(03683)发布公告，本集团于2025财政年度预计将取得亏损净额不少于约1030万美元，较截至2024年3月31日止年度(2024财政年度)的亏损净额约680万美元亏损增加约350万美元或51.5%。
2025财政年度亏损净额大幅上升主要由以下因素造成：本集团取得毛利下降，由2024财政年度的约50万美元的毛利转为2025财政年度的约110万美元的毛损;因本集团所拥有船舶于2025年3月31日的公平值有所减少，2025财政年度确认的物业、厂房及设备减值亏损拨备约为690万美元，而2024财政年度确认的物业、厂房及设备减值亏损拨回则约为90万美元;及根据本公司及债券持有人于2025年1月21日订立的第二份补充和解协议，于2025财政年度确认修改可换股债券的收益320万美元以及拨回可换股债券预计违约金400万美元。
