于报告期间，本集团取得金融及合约资产的减值亏损拨回，而截至2024年3月31日止年度取得减值亏损拨备。然而，本集团亏损净额的预期增加乃主要由于本公司扩展其现有业务以保持本集团经营的稳定性及可持续性，导致销售费用及一般及行政费用(包括董事薪酬及员工薪金、使用权资产折旧及其他营运费用)增加所致。
