6月18日，据国家网络与信息安全信息通报中心通报，有64款移动应用存在违法违规收集使用个人信息的情况，其中“霸王茶姬”（版本5.78.8，微信小程序）被点名4次。本次检测时间为2025年5月23日至6月11日。

　　对于上述情况，《经济参考报》记者致电霸王茶姬客服中心咨询情况，客服表示，会做好有关记录，安排专人跟进。

　　记者点击当前“霸王茶姬”小程序的“我的”页面，拉至最下方点击霸王茶姬图标，显示当前版本或为“5.80.3”。对于目前具体小程序版本号，客服暂未透露。

　　通报显示，“霸王茶姬”（版本5.78.8，微信小程序）涉及以下问题，一是隐私政策未逐一列出App收集使用个人信息的目的、方式、范围等。

　　二是未提供有效的更正、删除个人信息及注销用户账号功能；虽提供了更正、删除个人信息及注销用户账号功能，但未及时响应用户相应操作，需人工处理的，未在承诺时限内完成核查和处理。

　　三是投诉、举报未在承诺时限内受理并处理。

　　四是未采取相应的加密、去标识化等安全技术措施。

　　官网显示，霸王茶姬（CHA.US）成立于2017年，是领先的优质茶饮料品牌，提供健康美味的新鲜茶饮料。

　　据2025年一季度财报，截至今年3月31日，霸王茶姬实现净收入33.927亿元，同比增长35.4%；净利润6.773亿元，同比增长13.8%。小程序注册会员用户数共有1.924亿，季度活跃用户数有4490万。（实习生赵月对本文亦有贡献）
