智通财经APP获悉，日前，国家发展改革委推荐的润泽科技数据中心项目、万国数据中心项目等2个基础设施REITs获中国证监会批复注册。这2个项目既是数据中心资产类型的首批项目，也是民间投资项目，其成功发行上市，将有利于深化新型基础设施领域投融资机制创新，更好推动数字经济和人工智能产业发展，有利于拓宽民营企业融资渠道，进一步提振民间投资信心。
基础设施REITs是盘活存量资产、促进投融资良性循环的重要方式，是吸引社会资本参与、提高项目运营效率的有效手段。截至目前，国家发展改革委已累计向中国证监会推荐92个基础设施REITs项目，其中70个项目已发行上市，发售基金总额达1794亿元，预计可带动新项目投资超1万亿元。下一步，国家发展改革委将进一步加大常态化推荐发行工作力度，积极推动基础设施REITs市场扩围扩容，助力扩大有效投资。
