国家发展改革委推荐的润泽科技数据中心项目、万国数据中心项目等2个基础设施REITs日前获中国证监会批复注册。这2个项目既是数据中心资产类型的首批项目，也是民间投资项目，其成功发行上市，将有利于深化新型基础设施领域投融资机制创新，更好推动数字经济和人工智能产业发展，有利于拓宽民营企业融资渠道，进一步提振民间投资信心。下一步，国家发展改革委将进一步加大常态化推荐发行工作力度，积极推动基础设施REITs市场扩围扩容，助力扩大有效投资。
