6月20日金融一线消息，中国人民银行河北省分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，中国邮政储蓄银行股份有限公司河北省分行因违反账户管理规定；违反金融科技管理规定；未按规定履行客户身份识别义务；与身份不明的客户进行交易或者为客户开立匿名账户、假名账户，受到警告并被罚款221万元。

　　王某涛（时任中国邮政储蓄银行股份有限公司河北省分行副行长）、刘某开（时任中国邮政储蓄银行股份有限公司河北省分行运营管理部总经理）二人对上述违法行为负有责任，分别被罚款3.5万元。
