据《金融时报》周五援引知情人士消息报道，美国私募股权集团阿波罗全球管理公司将提供 45 亿英镑（约合 60.8 亿美元）融资，以支持英国搁置已久的欣克利角核电项目。

　　该项目由法国电力巨头法国电力公司（EDF）控股并融资，是英国二十多年来首个新建核电站。目前英国政府正寻求替换老化的核电站群，以加强能源安全、实现气候目标并创造新就业机会。

　　阿波罗方面拒绝就《金融时报》的报道置评，而英国能源部门及运营着欧洲最大核电站群的法国电力公司，均未立即回应路透社的置评请求。

　　欣克利角项目曾多次延期且成本超支，尤其是在 2023 年中国广核集团退出后。该项目目前预计于 2029 年投入运营，按 2015 年价格计算，预估成本在 310 亿至 340 亿英镑之间。

　　报道称，阿波罗提供的资金预计将以无担保债务形式发放，利率略低于 7%。报道还补充道，这笔资金可能被法国电力公司用于其他项目，但欣克利角项目预计将是该融资计划的主要投向。

　　英国政府上周宣布，将进一步投资 142 亿英镑用于建设英格兰东南部的塞兹韦尔 C 核电站，这是英国第二个重要的新建核电项目。
