6月20日金融一线消息，中国人民银行湖南省分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，湖南桑植农村商业银行股份有限公司因以下违法行为受到警告，并被罚款38.6万元。

　　1．违反账户管理规定；

　　2．与身份不明的客户进行交易；

　　3．在用现金机具鉴别能力不符合国家和行业标准；

　　4．提供个人不良信息，未事先告知信息主体本人；

　　5．未健全全流程数据安全管理制度。

　　钟某渊（时任湖南桑植农村商业银行股份有限公司营业部主任）对该行与身份不明的客户进行交易负有责任，被罚款1万元。
