Odaily星球日报讯 此前已宣布计划与比特币原生控股公司 Nakamoto Holdings Inc.合并的 Kindly MD, Inc.（纳斯达克代码：NAKA）宣布，其完成额外 5150 万美元的私募股权公开上市融资（“PIPE 融资”），以支持其建立比特币储备的计划。截至目前，KindlyMD 通过 PIPE 融资已筹集约 5.63 亿美元，若计入可转换债券，总计筹集约 7.63 亿美元。Nakamoto 创始人兼首席执行官 David Bailey 表示，公司将继续执行战略，尽可能筹集更多资金，以买入尽可能多的比特币。PIPE 融资的净收益将由 KindlyMD 用于购买比特币，以及用作运营资金和一般企业用途。（Businesswire）
