智通财经APP讯，亿都(国际控股)(00259)发布公告，于2025年6月20日，买方(公司的全资附属公司上海算丰信息有限公司)与卖方(沐曦集成电路(上海)股份有限公司)订立服务器及配套产品销售协议，据此，买方同意购买及卖方同意出售总代价为人民币1.066亿元(含税)的服务器及配套产品及软件，但受限于及遵守其条款及条件。
自2023年六月起，集团已扩展至人工智能(AI)算力及相关业务，提供了巨大的增长机会，且公司一直在探索机遇并采取措施加强集团的技术专长，并强化其对AI算力市场的投入。
随着AI市场快速增长，收购事项将通过扩大其AI数据中心及在算力能力为关键资源的行业中抢占市场份额的能力，加强集团的竞争定位，从而促进向集团客户提供AI算力服务，并为股东创造价值。董事会相信，收购事项将为集团提供良好机会，可在快速增长的AI市场扩展其业务，并为集团带来令人满意的回报。
公司将继续于AI算力市场寻求投资及发展机会，以更好地利用集团的现有资源，从而拓宽集团的收入来源及改善财务状况，从而最大化股东的回报。
