CSLM Digital Asset Acquisition has filed for an initial public offering.

The blank-check company plans to offer 20 million shares at $10 apiece for a total of $200 million, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday.

The company plans to list shares on the Nasdaq under the ticker KOYN.

The company granted the offering's underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3 million units to cover over-allotments.

The company intends to acquire technology, financial services or media businesses, especially those focused on artificial intelligence, crypto and decentralized finance, it said.
