据路透引述消息人士称，欧盟委员会将对糖果产商玛氏(Mars)去年公布以360亿美元收购零食生产商家乐氏(Kellanova)的交易，启动全面性反垄断调查，调查行动令交易前景变得不明朗。消息人士指出，欧盟委员会关注到交易可能令玛氏在欧盟地区一些国家的若干产品领域，取得很高的市场占有率，有碍市场公平竞争。根据欧盟法例，委员会将于6月25日前就上述交易完成初步评估，并公布结果。
