Vaxcyte Inc. held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 12, 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were voted upon. The election of three nominees to serve as Class II directors was approved. An amendment and restatement of the Company's Certificate of Incorporation to provide for officer exculpation was also approved. Additionally, the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, was ratified.
