智通财经APP讯，高裕金融(08221)发布公告，本集团预期于截至2025年3月31日止年度将取得亏损净额约1300万港元，而截至2024年3月31日止年度(相应期间)则为溢利净额约889万港元。
公告称，上述转盈为亏主要归因于多项因素。最重大的影响来自于投资公平值的负面波动1500万港元，其由相应期间的溢利约670万港元转为报告期间的亏损约830万港元。其他负面影响包括资产减值增加约920万港元、其他收入减少约130万港元、使用权资产折旧开支增加约80万港元、融资成本增加约160万港元及所得税开支增加约60万港元。该等负面因素由收益总额增加约690万港元所部分抵销，尽管这一正面因素不足以阻止全面下跌。
