智通财经APP获悉，德林控股(01709)早盘涨超7%，截至发稿，涨3.38%，报3.36港元，成交额1026.29万港元。
消息面上，德林控股将于6月25日(下周三)举行董事会会议以审批全年业绩。公司此前发布业绩预告，预期集团截至3月底止年度将取得年内溢利介于约1.10亿至1.30亿港元，而截至2024年3月31日止年度则取得纯利约9990万港元，增加约10.1%至30.1%。
此外，德林控股旗下全资子公司突触科技近期宣布完成A轮融资，该轮融资金额为数千万港元。本轮融资的投资方为GPTX、C Capital以及Shuren Education。据介绍，突触科技将以虚拟形象的人工智能客服为切入点，打造由AI驱动的动态金融社区。本次融资将用于技术升级、AI功能的继续开发和完善、社区功能增强，以及团队人员扩充。
