据路透援引知情人士称，Grab原计划以约70亿美元收购GoTo，合并后在印尼网约车与外卖市场的占有率将超过91%。但印尼当局要求合并后的公司须由印尼本土资本控股，并提出司机与骑手福利等条件，令谈判延迟。今年5月，印尼多个城市爆发抗议，上万名司机与外送员担忧合并将造成垄断、压低薪酬并推高平台费用。目前，交易尚未最终敲定，Grab称上周并没有与GoTo展开交易洽谈，也没有签署任何协议。GoTo则重申无相关交易安排。
