智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，6月19日，礼建德集团(08455)股东将股票存入鼎石证券，存仓市值1008.00万港元，占比20.00%。2月4日，公司股东将股票由智华证券转入元库证券，转仓市值858.48万港元，占比51.10%。根据2025年5月26日的配售协议，公司于2025年6月19日配售及发行配售股份1.6亿股。
2月27日(交易时段后)，骏华有限公司(董事会副主席兼执行董事陈礼善博士全资拥有)与买方香港华洋集团连锁经营管理有限公司订立协议，卖方同意出售而买方同意购买出售股份，即2.24亿股股份，占于本公告日期公司已发行股本28%，现金代价总额为1496万港元(即每股0.0668港元)。完成已紧随协议签订后落实。完成后，卖方将不再为公司控股股东。董事会预期出售事项不会对本集团业务经营及管理层的组成造成任何重大影响。据悉，买方为香港华洋集团连锁经营管理有限公司，属一间于香港注册成立的私人有限公司，由刘嘉盛先生全资拥有。
