IT之家 6 月 19 日消息，汽车媒体 NotATeslaApp 昨日（6 月 18 日）发布博文，报道称特斯拉“AI5 / HW5”下一代 FSD（完全自动驾驶）芯片已进入量产阶段，由台积电和三星共同代工。

消息称该芯片运算性能达 2000~2500 TOPS（每秒一万亿次操作），是现款 HW4 芯片（搭载于新款 Model Y）的 5 倍，可支持更复杂的无监督 FSD 算法。

代工厂商方面，台积电仍是特斯拉的首选，HW5 芯片会采用其 3nm N3P 工艺量产，而三星则作为备用代工厂，预计 2026 年特斯拉大规模量产 HW5 车型时才会启用。

IT之家援引博文介绍，除芯片外，特斯拉计划为 AI5 / HW5 硬件套件配备升级版 FSD 摄像头。三星提供的“防天气镜头”将直接在镜片内置加热元件，可在一分钟内融化冰雪，减少图像畸变。

其镜头涂层强度是现款 Model Y 摄像头的 6 倍，且具备疏水特性，可更快清除融雪或冰水，提升低温环境下的感知能力。

此外，特斯拉计划于 6 月 21 日起在奥斯汀启动无人驾驶 Robotaxi 试点，首批投入 12 辆搭载 HW4 硬件的 Model Y，测试完全无人驾驶功能。
