智通财经APP讯，VICON HOLDINGS(03878)发布公告，集团预期本年度(截至2025年3月31日止年度)将取得税后溢利不超过约490万港元，而截至2024年3月31日止年度(上一年度)的税后溢利则约为830万港元，税后溢利减少约40.9%。
董事会认为预期溢利下降乃主要由于以下因素的综合影响造成：1.上一年度，集团完成了若干合同金额相对较高的项目;2.本年度，行业内激烈的竞争影响了新获授项目的合同价格，导致利润率较低;及3.本年度新开工的项目处于起始阶段，对集团的收益贡献较小
