智通财经APP讯，中国红包(08316)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年3月31日止年度(2025财政年度)将取得不少于约170万港元的净利润，而截至2024年3月31日止年度(2024财政年度)则取得约750万港元的净亏损。
董事会认为，净亏损转为净利润主要由于行政开支减少，乃由行政人员费用减少所致，以及金融资产、合约资产以及物业、机器及设备减值亏损及融资成本减少。其部分被其他收入减少(该减少主要由于确认集团出售若干附属公司的收益减少，其被集团于2025财政年度终止确认其他借款而确认的收益所部分抵销);及其他应收款减增亏损增加所抵销。
