新浪科技讯 6月20日上午消息，天眼查App显示，近日，沃尔沃（中国）投资有限公司发生工商变更，马军卸任法定代表人、经理、董事，由岑家辉（FRANCIS GAH FAI SUM）接任法定代表人并担任总经理、董事，同时，部分主要人员也发生变更。

　　沃尔沃（中国）投资有限公司成立于2000年6月，注册资本1.523亿美元，经营范围含在国家允许外商投资的领域依法进行投资，协助或代理其从国内外采购供该企业自用的机器设备、办公设备及生产所需的原材料、元器件和零部件等，由沃尔沃集团公司全资持股。
