6月17日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局浙江监管局今日发布关于温岭联合村镇银行变更股权的批复，同意杭州联合农村商业银行股份有限公司受让上海凯鑫建设工程有限公司持有的温岭联合村镇银行1000万股股份。受让后，杭州联合农村商业银行股份有限公司合计持有温岭联合村镇银行11204万股股份，持股比例为56.02%。
