Odaily星球日报讯 加密交易所 Coinbase 宣布获得卢森堡金融监管机构 CSSF 颁发的 MiCA 牌照，成为首家获欧盟全面授权的美国加密交易平台。该公司同时宣布将欧盟总部从爱尔兰迁至卢森堡，理由是后者更具前瞻性的金融政策环境。Coinbase 首席执行官 Brian Armstrong 表示：“Coinbase 全力投入欧洲市场，MiCA 设定了标准，卢森堡凭借其亲商环境和审慎的监管方式，正引领行业发展。”（CNBC）
