智通财经APP讯，卡森国际(00496)发布公告，于2025年6月18日，海宁恒森订立物业转让协议，海宁恒森同意出售，而华丰同意购买总金额为人民币5606.91万元的该地块(包括其上建筑物、装置及设备)。
该地块包括位于中国浙江省海宁市斜桥镇建设路5号的一幅地块，总占地面积为26737.1平方米(连同其上建筑物，总建筑面积约为18376.32平方米)。该地块连同其上建筑物已获批准作工业用途，并由海宁恒森用作工厂。于本公告日期，该地块由海宁恒森持有，并处限制状态。
公告称，由于该地块处于闲置状态，为优化集团家具生产厂房设施的资源配置、降低开支及生产成本，以及达致资源的更有效利用，公司透过海宁恒森订立物业转让协议，以出售该地块(包括其上建筑物、装置及设备)。预期出售事项将不会影响集团整体现有产能，同时从长远而言亦能降低集团的成本，因而被视为属公平合理。此外，出售事项的所得款项及估计收益可提供额外现金流量及增强集团的营运资金状况。
