China Netcom Technologies Holdings Ltd. has announced management changes effective from June 18, 2025. Mr. Song Ke has resigned from his roles as an independent non-executive Director, chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and member of both the Nomination and Audit Committees. Mr. Fan Lei has been appointed to fill these positions.
