根据《广州市城市建设开发有限公司关于“22穗建01”公司债券回售实施公告》，发行人可对回售债券进行转售，经发行人最终确认，本期债券拟转售债券金额3.7亿元。
本期债券完成转售债券金额3.7亿元，其中通过非交易过户形式转售债券金额0元，注销未转售债券金额0元。
