宏基资本(02288.HK) 旗下位于黄竹坑的写字楼项目宏基汇，最新获香港中华总商会会长蔡冠深及相关人士以4,000万元购入全层，呎价低至6,475元，较楼层相若单位2023年初的呎价低超过六成。
资料显示，是次成交为宏基汇26楼全层6个单位，单位面积约6,178方呎。翻查过往成交，物业于2023年初推售，其中25楼04至06室，总面积约2,999方呎，即约半层楼面，当年3月就以4,873.375万元售出，呎价达16,250元，意味是次成交呎价较高峰期低逾六成。
宏基汇位于黄竹坑道23号，前身为工厦物业标达中心，宏基资本于2017年以约14.8亿元购入，以重建后可建楼面10.7万方呎计，每方呎楼面地价约1.38万元。(ss/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
