6月17日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对宿州市高新建设投资集团有限公司及“23宿州01/23宿州高新债”的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持宿州市高新建设投资集团有限公司主体信用等级为AA，评级展望为稳定，同时维持“23宿州01/23宿州高新债”信用等级为AAA。
资料显示，宿州市高新建设投资集团有限公司是宿州市重要的基础设施建设主体，主要从事宿州市高新区范围内基础设施及安置房项目建设。截至2024年末，公司注册资本和实收资本均为人民币20.00亿元，宿州市高新技术产业开发区管理委员会为公司控股股东和实际控制人。
东方金诚认为，宿州市经济实力仍很强，宿州高新区发展前景良好；公司主营业务仍具有较强的区域专营性，继续得到股东及相关各方的支持；安徽省信用融资担保集团有限公司为“23宿州01/23宿州高新债”提供的连带责任保证担保仍具有很强的增信作用。同时，东方金诚也关注到，公司仍面临较大的资本支出压力，资产流动性仍较弱，存在一定的偿债压力，面临一定的代偿风险，资金来源对外部融资仍存在较大依赖。综上所述，公司主体信用风险很低，抗风险能力很强，“23宿州01/23宿州高新债”到期不能偿还的风险极低。
