智通财经APP讯，中国光大控股(00165)公布，于 2025 年 6 月 19 日，光控有限合伙人(公司的全资附属公司)、厦门炬盛隆、厦门火炬集团、翔安创投及南方中心秘书处(各自为有限合伙人)与光控普通合伙人(公司的非全资附属公司)及厦门火炬创投(各自为普通合伙人)订立有限合伙协议，以成立有限合伙企业。根据有限合伙协议，光控有限合伙人及光控普通合伙人承诺分别向有限合伙企业出资人民币5.9亿元及1000万元，分别占有限合伙企业认缴出资总额的 29.5%及 0.5%。
有限合伙企业将主要就关注海洋生物医药及生物制品、海洋高端装备制造和材料、海洋信息与数字、渔港经济和海洋种苗、蓝碳及海水综合利用等涉海产业、涉海产业上下游相关产业及其他高新技术产业等领域的实体进行投资。
该集团的策略重点为资产管理业务，而私募股权资产管理是其中一个主要范畴。透过与有限合伙协议中的订约方合作，以及由光控普通合伙人作为执行事务合伙人及宜兴光控作为有限合伙企业的管理人，公司认为，签订有限合伙协议符合集团的长远投资策略，并有望在长期提升股东回报。
