德国顶级房地产金融机构之一的德国抵押债券银行（Deutsche Pfandbriefbank，简称 PBB）周三宣布，由于终止美国业务产生的额外费用，该行将撤回全年业绩指引。

　　这家银行在一份声明中表示，从长远来看，“释放的资本将用于加速银行转型”。

　　PBB 曾在 5 月表示，鉴于其认为在美国总统唐纳德・特朗普执政下，美国市场波动过大，因此将不再承接美国的新业务。

　　周三的决定标志着 PBB 的重大战略转向。美国是其第二大市场，占其贷款组合的 14%。

　　今年 2 月，PBB 曾预测 2025 财年新业务规模将在 65 亿至 75 亿欧元之间，并表示预计其一级资本充足率（CET1）将超过 15.5%。

　　在周三的另一份声明中，PBB 称其正处于收购一家未透露名称的房地产投资管理公司多数股权的后期谈判阶段，预计交易金额将达 “数千万欧元”。
