智通财经APP讯，中国水业集团(01129)发布公告，于2025年6月17日，公司与印度尼西亚北干巴鲁市政府(北干巴鲁政府)订立谅解备忘录，内容有关就位于北干巴鲁的穆阿拉法佳垃圾终点站填埋场实行填埋气发电管理项目的潜在合作。
与北干巴鲁政府签订谅解备忘录乃集团在拓展海外可再生能源市场上迈出的关键一步，亦为集团与印度尼西亚政府进行的第三次合作。透过参与该项目，公司不仅展示了其在环保及能源领域的技术专长及创新能力，更巩固了其国际地位。该项目亦将为集团提供宝贵的海外经验，为日后在其他地区实行其他填埋气发电管理项目奠定基础。
公告称，是次合作对集团而言实属良机，可利用集团在扩展印度尼西亚市场及发展海外绿色项目方面的成熟经验，从而改善集团的财务表现及提高股东回报且符合集团及股东的整体利益。
