智通财经APP讯，中加国信(00899)发布公告，与截至2024年3月31日止年度的综合亏损净额约1970万港元比较，集团预期于截至2025年3月31日止年度的业绩将取得综合亏损净额不少于4.5亿港元。
预期综合亏损净额增加主要是由于(其中包括)(i)由于泉水开探业务商业化生产初期开始，导致销售成本增加;(ii)投资物业的公平值亏损;(iii)无形资产的减值亏损增加;(iv)应占联营公司权益的减值亏损增加。
