2025年6月16日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，2020年第二期蒙自新型城镇化开发投资有限责任公司公司债券跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪将蒙自新型城镇化开发投资有限责任公司（以下简称“蒙自新城”或“公司”）主体信用等级由AA调降至AA-，
由负面调整为稳定，维持跟踪债项信用等级为AAA，债项级别充分考虑了湖北省融资担保集团有限责任公司（以下简称“湖北担保”）提供的全额无条件不可撤销的连带责任保证担保。本次跟踪将蒙自新城主体信用等级下调主要基于以下理由：1、多家子公司相继划出，职能定位有所弱化，业务可持续性下降；2、公司偿债能力弱化，仍面临很大的流动性压力；3、资产及权益规模下滑，且资产质量较差，净利润大幅下降；4、负面舆情衍生，公司履约能力不佳并对再融资能力形成较大冲击；5、或有负债风险上升。同时，中诚信国际也肯定了蒙自市经济实力稳步增强，能为公司业务发展提供一定支撑。评级展望中诚信国际认为，蒙自新型城镇化开发投资有限责任公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
